Deadline and Registration Cost:
U6 - U11 House League: $30 per player. Registration deadline is June 8, 2025.
U12 - U18 Travel League: $50 per player. Registration MUST be made by May 25, 2025.
A family with 3 or more players the registration fee is $75. Registrations will be accepted after the deadline on a space available basis, but a non-refundable $25 late fee will be added.
Please NOTE: If you have not made your payment, you can pay by check (check payable to MWRS). You may leave a completed form and check with Katrina Bailey at the Madrid-Waddington Central School or mail to:
